When I was younger, my parents would called me "Beans" or "BeanieBoo". The nicknames have always stuck and they simply just call me "Beanie" most of the time. I was very bored one day and I was attempting to sign up for a game, but couldn't think of a good username. I tried Beanie, but that was taken. Then I tried BeanieBoo. When that was taken, I started thinking of random words that start with Boo, and Boopy was the first thing that came into my mind. So that has been my username for basically everything from that moment since.
