do you allow additions of decor?

yup, but it depends a bit on the decor -- marking type decor/scars are free, but actual separate decor items will have a complexity fee depending on how big/complicated they are! 

how much would these feathers be, if you can make them? ;u; (it would be for the howling base)

I also want the paint, but you don't have to include the braids as it might be too small

haha yeah the braids would be nigh impossible on this scale, but the feathers are definitely doable! I can include them for +1gc or +100 sc :)
