Looking for custom CSS designer!

Hey! My name is FlyCatcher (you can call my Fly) and I'm looking to commission one or two different CSS layouts for my homepage. I'm looking to pay in GC for this project (so the site is supported as well as the artists), and I'd be willing to respect individual artists' preferred prices for it.

I have some concepts I'm running on for the backdrop. The first I'd like to commission should include one of these two pictures (which are edits of existing photos, done by me.

I'm leaning a little more towards the first, as I'm interested in seeing how the CSS itself can add interesting shades/hues to it. Color palette is gonna be largely up to artistic interpretation in the case we go with that one.

Please let me know here in the comments if you'd like to make an offer. Examples of work or links to examples are highly appreciated, as are asking prices.
