If you read all this and still want to RP, copy the character sheet below and DM me. This is a non-committal RP as I'm not sure I'll be fully jumping back. I'm looking to start RPing again after a long while. I prefer partners who can write eloquently, meaning I am immediately uninterested if someone uses abbreviations, grammatically incorrect speech, poor writing style, etc. I also prefer writing in third person, similar to that of a story book style, therefore would prefer that to be the main style of the RP. I don't mind if you prefer to do first person writing so long as you are clear and concise with your writing. An example of what I will reject: Never. Ever. This. An example of what I accept: obviously, if a character talks a certain way, I will accept grammatical inaccuracies. E.g. I DO NOT RP AS ANIMALS- although if they are part of the story reasonably, I will allow it. E.g. the blind character has a guide dog/ The character rides a horse, etc. I role play as humans/humanoid characters. I DO NOT RP OFF SITE. I communicate pretty effectively. If I lose interest in the RP or get busy, I will let you know rather than leaving you ghosted. I expect the same courtesy. I can RP fandoms but I will not RP a pre-existing character so whatever we RP will not effect the canon plot (I can hear miguel's theme song in the distance) although once again, if they are reasonably involved, I can make an exception. E.g. you RP as Jason Todd's identical twin, obviously Jason Todd will exist in your life and interact with you in some way. I love world building so expect there to be PLOTS, PLOT TWISTS and DRAMA. Although I admit, I watch k-drama and anime so it's hard to get creative when every plot in existence has been scripted out. But still, if you take the lead where you find my creativity dis-satisfactory, I will be grateful. Be aware that it does need to make some sense. Don't add random plot for the sake of randomness. e.g. you wake up and suddenly your family member has sold you to 7 mafia bosses in a deadly coalition called BTS to pay off their debt. In what universe is that ever going to happen? Let me tell you, it's not this one, so don't put me through that I beg. Basically, your competition is C.ai and the only reason I'm not RPing with the bots is because they don't remember the intricate plot I detailed for them so here I am. If you've ever used C.ai, you'll understand. CHARACTER SHEET:please delete the stuff in brackets. Nicknames (3 max): Species: Gender: (Pronouns go here- again, any immediate things my character knows only. If your character is fasc/fem presenting but goes by different pronouns, do you want my character to know upon meeting or will your character correct them, etc?) age: (If a numerical value can be given, no dates, no birthday unless relevant to scenario or plot, just the age) Appearance (within 700 characters): Background (Only stuff my character should know prior to meeting them e.g. reputation, common knowledge on their species, species history etc UNLESS our characters know each other, in which case add their backstory. Remember, my character shouldn't know everything about them upon meeting, they're supposed to get to know them as time goes by. It gives more flexibility for world-building.): any existing immediate family: Yes/No (Only elaborate if character knows each other) Affiliations: Yes/No (Only elaborate if character knows each other or if it's a visible trait, e.g. tattoo of clan name) Preferred Genre for this RP: (Can be ANYTHING) Preferred scenario for this RP: (Can be ANYTHING) A little brief on the world: (General info, what other species are there? Laws? Is there magic? Is this a fantasy world? Do they have high tech equipment? If you have something to compare it to, it would be better, e.g. Asgard (Marvel) / silla dynasty (Korea) /starship (star wars) /University (Harvard).) preferred character to RP with: (Who do you want ME to be in this scenario. E.g. childhood bestie/ a theif/ the king, etc. Write preferred age range/role/species but the rest is up to me to make. Their personality/appearance/actions/history are in my hands.)
