Though my current lead is not related to my previous, I want them to have a connection somehow. My packs lore has a pretty good sized Pantheon, and the previous Alpha was known for her ability to commune with the Gods. I don't want to do this for my new alpha, but something similar? The gods must have told Ophelia where to find her heir. Maybe he was in a bad situation and needed help. If Ophelia rescued him, that could be the connection you were looking for.

Ophelia sensed something was wrong or maybe the gods told her something was wrong, she explored the area with proper protection and found your current lead who was very weak and battered from (Insert reason here?)
