The character in mind is called "Teru", from the manga/anime Ginga Densetsu Weed. (Images below) I would prefer it to be avaiable for all adult poses, other are welcome as well. My prefered budget is about 150GC but can go with 200GC worst case. I would prefer to have it done within the next two weeks.
