Possible new R&C service!

Possible new R&C service!

Hi!! I'm toying with an idea for a service to help R&C's and wanted to see if the Wolvden community would be interested~ Feedback is very much appreciated!

As someone who wants to start R&Cing, the biggest hurdle for me is the idea of never getting a chased wolf returned if I wanted it back in my pack (ie age rerolls). I have done my fair share of scrolling through the chased wolf spotting and revamped forums, and have seen numerous DNR chased records, but what if these could be integrated together in a less confusing way?

The idea is to have one single record where multiple accounts can submit information about their chased wolves. People (particularly those who already participate in threads like chased wolf spotting and revamped) can then search through this record to identify and locate the original chaser, instantly allowing the two to connect and reach out regarding the wolf's future.

This would be hosted on Trello and managed by: me *sparkle sparkle* (and if this gets a lot of attention, a small team to help me better manage and keep up to date with the number of chased wolves).

Each wolf would be given a Trello card and assigned a series of tags that make it easy for fingers to locate. You can also mark whether you want to have the wolf returned to you or not! When a wolf is found, Finders can then search the trello using key features (eye colours, markings, bases) to quickly locate that wolf's chasing record (if stored on the trello). They then have access to all of the original information as well as details on the chaser, allowing them to reach out and notify them that their pup has been found!

FOR NOW I am considering this a free service, however because I am actually a very busy human being, if this gets very hectic I may apply a small fee for every chased wolf entered in the record.

I have already drafted a trello board and am using it for my own personal R&C record, but feel free to check it out to see how the system works!

Let me know your thoughts and especially if you would be interested in this service!
