Skin and humans!! SKINI noticed a lot of artist can't really draw skin correctly or sometimes can't add it into their work so imma just explain it a little.  The skin colors range a lot and there isn't just 2 sets or 1. I didn't add all the colors there are because I honestly made the page too small but to explain. You CAN add diversity in your work it's not that hard. Colors and lines COLORS AND LINES. You arnt going to be hurt because you missed a feature but it matters how you display it.  There are differences between someone light skinned and dark skinned. Usually with darker skin you have bigger lips and a wider nose! Sometimes I think a different jaw line. Usually when you have lighter skin you have slimmer lips and a smaller nose. Culture stuff: When drawing different cultures please don't be rude about it or just make it bad. It's not that hard to draw it correctly. Human body!  The human body is a weird thing. There are so many ways to go about its looks and how you want to draw it! So here I will show you how to put it down into shape and whatnot. Before you start to stylize your art you should get down the basics. This is something I didn't do when I first started drawing.  The human body can be stylized too. Softer shapes like circles and cilinders gives them a soft look. Triangles give a skinny thin look. Rectangles and squares give a fit big build look. ANIMALS AND FUR Of course you kinda need to know how to draw animals! What if you get paid to draw idk 40 ca ya but you can't draw cats? You gotta learn. |
