Im not really sure about people (hopefully not) leaving the contest their entry will not be part of the contest eligible to have a place but since they did the charachter an art it will still be posted on the toyhouse and will be credited of course.

As for the second one..
3. All entries will be submitted to the said charachters toyhouse profile regardless whether you placed or not, it will be all properly credited.

Im sure folks have read this rule before submitting their entry and therefore have read and agree with it after posting a submission its something like "by sending a submission/entry you agree and have read the rules,terms,etc."
