I'll post my poems here, and maybe someone will like them and read them :)

First one -

The Wolf and The Doe

A young doe wends through the forest deep
There is no rest for her, not even in sleep,
She holds her beauty in righteous fragility,
Dainty legs carry her with nervous tranquility

An old wolf pads through the forest somber
His jaws are slavering as the scent grows stronger,
Hares freeze, only eyes dare follow in his tread,
His vicious hunger burning red

The doe's slender neck reaches towards living waters
She keeps a watchful eye over playing otters
Perfectly vulnerable, delicately lapping
She senses no peril, only hears a woodpecker tapping

Brown fur melds into green leaves,
Camouflage seeks to hide what he perceives,
But a subtle rustling signals her plight,
She raises her head, ready to leap into flight

Now frozen in an ancient dance,
The doe does not waver from her defensive stance,
Hunter and hunted each lock eyes,
She cannot falter or she'll never rise

The snarling wolf mounts his first attack,
And the doe bravely shakes him from her back,
She erects a white flag of surrender,
And seizes her chance to flee in desperate splendor

The snarling wolf streaks after her,
her muscles strain but she must run faster,
She is slowing, every tendon singing in terror,
But the old wolf has made a grave error

Another scent has distracted his old nose,
And this great tale now draws to a close,
His hunger sends him towards other prey,
And this young doe lives to see another day

I will Never Forget You

O' camel, through endless sand you wander,
Paying no mind to the circling condor,
You have the whole desert to roam,
But is that empty place your prison, or your home?

Your most reliable companion is your shadow,
Under the harsh sun I watch it grow,
But you never paid it any mind,
The past was something you just left behind

But I will never forget you,
You're the grass that grows anew,
And the rainbow that braves the storm,
You have simply taken a different form

And I know, that at my behest,
My heart is where your spirit will rest,
But someday I shall open the door,
And away your spirit shall soar
