I don't ever have enough puppies in my den for any of them to ever be eligible to complete a quest How about you? Are you the enclave's number 1 donor?

I used to do tons of Enclave quests just to get all the Enclave quest achievements. But once I got through those, I stopped, and now I only do them when the snake or mouse tells me to. The secret to Enclave quests is to buy puppies to fill the quest, but never for more than 25sc, which is the amount Mother Bear pays you for each quest puppy. You'll never be lucky enough to have the right puppy at the right moment, so buying is the only way.
