Pup auctioning help

Hi!

I'm planning on making a thread with auctions, and maybe some flat sales. However, I'm still pretty new, and I'd love it if someone had the time to help me with what SB and AB would be appropriate for these pups! They're a mix of merles, inuit and tamaskans. 

(Another question I have is, what's the most common conversion rate between SC and GC?)
