After years of living in the forests, humans came to industrialize. This was no abnormal feat of humans - the weird creatures did this often. But never to the extent they did... and we had no choice. We changed our ways, adapted, and became stronger than ever. And now we thrive, living amongst humans, living on the streets and fighting for our survival. We used to go by the name 'ThunderClan', but after we came to the city, it changed. We were misplaced, and StarClan had disappeared from the sky. So we changed our name. This is our Clan, this is our story. This is ForgottenClan. Allow me to show you the way. |

As opposed to living in the forest, where our pelts came in colours of blacks, greys, and browns to blend in, it doesn't make much difference in the city. After many moons of outsiders joining, there is now no colour scheme to the clan. Cats range in different colours, different lengths in pelts, and sizes. On the topic of Outsiders, if someone from outside the clan wishes to join, they must undergo a trial. They will be assigned a mentor, and treated as apprentices, but only until they prove themselves worthy clanmate. They will then earn their clan name, and become a valuable clanmate. In the city, there are also a lot of twolegs... and it is best to avoid them, but usually, twolegs don't take notice of us. In fact, some cats noticed that if you are friendly to twolegs they will give you food! There are mixed opinions about this though, some cats believe it is totally against everything we've known, while others believe there is no harm in having a full stomach - even if it means rubbing against a twoleg. Sometimes, cats can get taken away... this was seen a lot when our clan first arrive in the city. Cats would be taken away by twolegs and never seen again! These days, we know we have to be cautious of twolegs who start to threaten us. This is why there is such debate about taking food from twolegs. But, at the end of the day, we must all stay together and make sure no one else is lost! We can no longer talk to StarClan... this was the biggest shock of all upon coming into the city. Silverpelt is difficult to see and our connection to StarClan has weakened because of it. We don't believe they've abandoned us, but more that we've been lost to them. Due to the fact, there is no longer a connection to our ancestors, leaders cannot receive their nine lives. They only have one life, so they must be very cautious, which is why the leader can sometimes be younger than what one may think - because they proved themselves worthy, but their leader died early. |
