She was going in search to find a new home. After her old home was destroyed, she needed to find a new home to stay at. Somewhere that would be safe. She padded along a path that led into a forest. She glanced around as she walked into the wooded land. She heard a distant howl and tasted the air for any scents. She smelled the scent of a male wolf nearby and twitched her ears for any sounds that the wolf may be nearby. "Hello?" She called out, turning in a circle to look for the wolf. "Who are you?" A voice called out, a black and white wolf padded from between the trees and stared at her. He looked friendly. "My name is Snow, what is your name?" She asked, trying to be polite towards the handsome male. "My name is Talon," He said, his eyes shining in the moonlight as he dipped his head to her. She smiled. What a beautiful name, She thought to herself. "What are you doing here? I don't recognize you," Talon spoke, padding closer to Snow, and giving her pelt a sniff. "I'm looking for a home. My old home was taken over by rogues," Snow explained, feeling like she could trust him. She padded closer to him. "Would you like to help me find a new home?" She asked him. Talon thought for a moment before nodding. "Of course!" He said, his bright yellow-orange eyes shining in the moonlight as he stared at Snow. Together the two wolves padded through the forest in search of a new place to call home. During the journey, the two wolves began to become closer, they eventually decided to become mates. Once they found a place to make their new home, they started inviting wolves to come live with them. They started off with inviting a rogue named Arrow, and then a rogue named Stalke, and eventually they had the beginnings of their very own pack. Snow and Talon decided to name the pack, Lunar Moon Wolves. And eventually, they decided to changed their name. Snow became Snowstar and Talon became Nighttalon. Stalker became Stormstalker and so on. Snowstar learned that a long time ago there were 'clans' that would meet up with each every full moon at 'gatherings.' Snowstar decided to start the gatherings back up and began to invite clans and packs all over to come hangout and get to know the other clans and packs. The clans would make announcements and mingle with the other clans and packs. Snowstar started calling Lunar Moon, LunarClan. |
