RHYME'S LORE GROVE

The ancestors welcome you!

Welcome to the Grove!

As your paws touch the cold, mossy floor, the cold vapor in the air brushes your  nose. The rich aroma of mud fills your nostrils. The hums of bugs and the quiet rush of water grew stronger as you made your way into the murky grotto.

You snort, the strong scents were messing with your scenes. A shadow appeared at the end of the cave, one of a large wolf. The towering figure passed from wall to wall, the long fur of the stranger shifting as they moved.

Your breath hitched, ready to snarl at the stranger, only to be surprises at their appearance. It was a stout male wolf. His coat shimmered like diamonds as his  small muscles shift beneath his pelt. He sported bold white patches across his body. His passionate eyes grew wide upon noticing you.

"Oh, hello!" His voice was smoother than you'd expect, like a fish cutting seamlessly through water.  His blue coat shimmered in the dim glow from the cracks in the ceiling where moonlight filtered through. His movements were gentle and quiet as he approached you.

"Did you come here for something, or did you just want to take a look? Well, feel free to follow me, I offer writing commissions for cones if you're interested in that sort of stuff. Or just relax here in the grove, there's plenty of space!" As he padded out of sight, you were curious enough to follow his trail. The deeper you went, the hotter the air got.

As you peered around the corner, the sight before you was incredible. There were enourmous waterfalls that cascaded into a vast body of water. Steam rose from the depths and the humitity soaked your fur. Greenery hung from the ceiling and clung to the cavern walls. Flowers and foliage decorated the pathway.

At the end of the path you saw Rhyme digging through a pile of animal pelts. He snatched one in his jaw before trotting over to you with a wagging tail. You saw ink writing on the skin. Looks like it's a list of prices. Ah, a tourist trap with a gift shop. Typical. Might as well take a look...

Id love to order a 4 stanza poem about my boy Náttnaðr!

He doesnt have any lore yet, so id love to start with a poem! As you can tell, my slithery snake dragon boy is very edgy and angsty. His adopt theme was literally 'underworld'.

Id love for this poem to be descriptive of him, include some of his emo personality possibly, and just in general match the vibe of his page! Talk about blood and death are a-okay with me and tbh preferred (he is a maneating beast after all-).

@🍂Yvonne🍂

ABSOLUTLY, I'm extra good with angsty writing
Poems won't take long, I'll be quick with this one I already have an idea!

How many lines per stanza would you prefer?

ill give you a good amount of leeway, so id say 4-7 lines per stanza, but youre of course completely free to do more if you please! I know a lot of writers tend to go above and beyond with stories they particularly like^^

Hello! I'd love to order a 200-250 words long character description for my wolf, Marbled, if possible! You can find some details about him on his bio, but please ask for any question!
