Oh, theme songs are a good idea. I'll have to look up 'Wayfaring Stranger,' I love hearing new songs. Kit's would be 'Unshaken' by D'Angelo. In particular these lyrics: "Mmm, oh, traveler What have you seen? Were there crossroads Where you been, where you been? I once was standing tall Now I feel my back's against the wall" Charani's would be 'Farewell Wanderlust' by the Amazing Devil. For some reason the unsettling feeling of the song and story remind me of her. "Come, devil, come," she sang, Call out my name Let's take this outside, 'cause we're one and the same Our Gods have abandoned us, left us instead Take up arms, take my hand, let us waltz for the dead" |

Thank you, spooks! A board I used to be on, we'd use face claims, (picking a character/actor that your oc will look like), voice claims and the like. Choosing theme songs always reminds me of that and helps you get a better feel for the character. Long-haired brooding attractive dudes for the win >:D Fomorian's guy is giving me Peter Steele vibes. Thank you also <3 I really tried to capture the mental image I had for his personality and looks. I also couldn't resist the AI image thingy because it kept generating beautiful redheads. Alcarie, I swear to God, don't bring up that song or I will burst into tears. I went back to listen to it as I haven't done a fourth complete play-through of RDR2 where I get to that song and it's still so beautiful.. Do you like Deadman's Gun from the first game? |

I havent listened to breakcore in a bit, but there's this one vocaloid song i think sounds similar, actually two. there's EGOIST//flower and Magical Doctor, i think theyre called. My memory is still not working right, apologies XD I was thinking for my boy Zyepsyr maybe I could go Cause I'm a liar, but mmmm no, then I reminded myself that INTERNET YAMERO (i think its called) exists and HOLY it fits with his backstory. I also think 6arelyhuman's songs (mainly the energy they give off, not so much the lyrics) fit with him too, but idk- what do you guys think-? |

The Ai is so much fun to bring characters to life! Particularly those you know no one else but yourself would likely be able to capture correctly.~ And I had to with that song! Even if it is stupidly sad when listening to it during RDR2. It just has all the feelings. It's honestly been so long since I've played the first one, I don't remember any of the songs. I need to go back and replay it, but when I get home, I will find and listen to that one. |

@Alcarie I love Gideon - such a clear and unique character, he'll be really fun to interact with. And you dreaming about Death is WILD WTF. What the hell did he want???  @spooks.27 I'm getting CHILLS reading about Erva, well done. I love her! I also love that she's a horserider, despite not being one of the Horsemen, it might come in handy someday?  @CowboyLavaLamp another giant horseman yess can't help but imagine brotherly rivalry of some kind going on between Reese & John "Reese appears self-controlled and calm but there is a seething intensity of emotional energy under the placid exterior." This sentence, oh my god. What a character, bravo! And I love how your horse looks normal and humble, nice twist there. Nice text formatting too  Also, thanks! I love Type O Negative! I wasn't initially going to have much resemblence except for the height and the deep voice, but then the AI ran away with my description and I admit I kind of like it. I don't imagine him being buff/physically intimidating like Steele though. He only exercises for two reasons 1) he needs a job that requires it 2) to impress/satisfy a girl. But left to his own devices (i.e. forgetting to eat a meal) he becomes a lanky air dancer lol. I like the contrast between Reese and John. John is very much a city boy, he would probably panic in a quiet rural backwater setting. I haven't even thought of Death's powers to that extent, other than a few ideas here and there. I was afraid of putting in too much detail and making him OP but now I wish I could expand in more detail. Everyone's character is so inspiring and I love thinking about how each character is going to interact! @Shuichi Worshipper and I can't forget your OC!! I love how cute & unique xe is! And come to think of it makes so much sense too for Pestilence to have this playful/childlike vibe, considering how children are more vulnerable to diseases than any other age demographic. And the fact they spread it around without a clue too lmao putting questionable items in their mouth and wanting to pet every animal they see. Does that make sense? I LOVE the idea of theme songs. I don't really have a clear enough vibe for John/Death yet to decide though. EDIT: I have rewritten & clarified Death's powers, please read! |

YES. I totally get that brotherly rivalry vibe, I think they'll be very entertaining when interacting. Gah, I loveee Type O so much. I was able to score a very neat (possibly out of print idk?) band t-shirt awhile back. Peter has such great voice, the macab songs are great - what's not to love? I suppose you are correct in that they have a stark contrast in personalities and traits! Together they almost give me the Supernatural, or any show like it I guess (AHS?), main character vibes that everyone loves but they hate each other either way. x'D |

 Please let me know if he's too OP I tried to make it balanced and fair in comparison to other Horsemen.I've also decided that his theme song will be "Ain't No Grave" by Johnny Cash. The vibe is absolutely perfect and fitting for what I have in mind, and that song is so cinematic even though it's country. I love that you mentioned Supernatural, I could totally work off of that  but honestly I imagine John being more of a Dean-kinda-guy. For the Horseman of Death, he loves to live it up, flirt with girls (respectfully), drive fast and try every drink under the sun. Bit of a goth himbo if you will.I read everyone's entries and honestly everyone is amazingly talented, I feel a lot of pressure to match the flow :,) |
