If Your Destiny Was to End the World, Would You?Roleplaying Thread*~.~.~.~* Heaven ready's itself for the chaos. Warriors hone their skills against demons, while guardians prepare to sooth those loyal and welcome them into the peaceful land. This is God's plan, and they welcome it. However, not everyone is pleased by the development. Hell is rather enjoying the cruelty of humanity. After all, humans are doing Hells job of destroying themselves and the planet and Hell doesn't even have to lift a finger! Sure there will be an influx of new victims joining the fiery pits, but after the Apocalypse is over there will never be any new victims. Earth will also be out of their reach as it's set up for the "New Kingdom." Not standing a chance against Heaven's armies on Earth or Heaven to try and thwart the End, some of Hell's High Demons devise a plan. The Apocalypse cannot commence until Famine weakens bodies and faith, Pestilence wipes out entire civilizations from existence, War turns the rivers red with spilt blood, and finally Death unleashes the demon hordes upon the earth. The Four Horsemen are the Heralds, and without them it cannot happen. And though they are not demons, but rather manifestations, they none-the-less reside in Hell. This makes the Demon Lords plans much easier, and through their combined powers they destroy the Horsemen. A manifestation, however, cannot be killed. Until the "New Kingdom" has been built in the likeness of Heaven, Famine, Pestilence, War, and Death will remain. With Hell never being silent, and allies from within the ranks, they knew of the coming unrest and accurately predicted the outcome. To thwart the plan each went to the surface world, appearing as men, and had a child who could, if necessary, carry the mantle. And carry the mantle they will. For the moment the physical embodiments of the Horsemen were destroyed, their children were now the new harbingers of the Apocalypse. Each child awoke to new powers associated with their title, as well as a demonic horse. Displeased with this new information, the Demon Lords send demons to finish off the lineage once and for all. Now that the fight is on Earth rather then Hell though, Heaven has a say-so. They assign some of their own to protect the new Horsemen until it's time. What neither side considered is that these new Horsemen were not created, but born. They had lives before the manifestations took hold and understood free-will. How will they react to learning their new role in the destruction of humans? Will they follow Heaven's plan, or forge their own? .: Available Horsemen :. - To answer why the Originals reside in Hell I'd have to answer what kind of manifestations they are. The definitions of manifestation is an event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies something, especially a theory or an abstract idea. So for this roleplay Famine, Pestilence, War, and Death were events/actions created by God, not corporal beings with a physical appearance. So for a long time they didn't reside in Hell, they didn't reside anywhere because they were events/actions with no consciousness. However, it was humans that put them in Hell. Famine, Pestilence, War, and Death are 'bad things', and where do 'bad things' live? Hell. This is also how they became physical manifestations with a consciousness, because humans love solid ideas, things they can see and draw and make sense of. Thus they gained the physical appearances we tend to see in historical artwork. I'm rambling, sorry. I hope this makes some sense though? If not, just think of them being in Hell as a plot device! - This roleplay will take place in present day. - The horses are very much real! I love the idea of these modern humans having to figure out what to do with actual horses, particularly ones who appear 'demonic'. By this I mean they have characteristics of their riders power. For example, the Horses in Read Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare. However, the horses don't always appear to the average human, as well as also having a 'normal' horse appearance. I need to add some about this to the main post...this is what I get for writing in the middle of the night. |

So to clarify, the Horsemen are originally created by God and are therefore holy/divine but neither good nor evil, but then their image is somehow twisted and turned evil, they are cast down into Hell (where they don't really belong) so then find their way to Earth to pass on their powers/divine duty through their bloodline as well as to hide from the demons, who don't actually want the Apocalypse to happen? Really interesting stuff, I just want to make sure I understand before I sign up

 Media definitely influenced the basic idea of this, and introduced me to the Horsemen through a fantasy book I read in middle school. I found them interesting and researched them a little through the 'religious' lense. But it was the media portrayals I like more. Thus Pestilence instead of Conquest. So I'm playing fast and loose with the concept, which means as the roleplay progresses I don't mind us adjusting or outright changing anything I've previously written to fit our needs. |

Appearance:Black hair covering one eye, colorful kandi bracelets/hairpins, often wears white/black clothes, often with a bit of pink as well. (Can draw xem out as well!!) Personality: (Paragraph or two positive, one neutral, two negative minimum) POS: Energetic, Optimistic, Selfless NEU: sharp-eyed, Artzy, Great with electronics,has hyperphantasia NEG: Messy, periodically goes into deep sleep at the wrong times, Horrible memory (Mainly putting this because i cannot remember things for my life XD) Powers:Telekinesis, Maybe a werewolf? Also can partially mind control if the werewolf thing isnt allowed!! moreso related to his title, can carry diseases without the symptoms, i have a whole disease made, actually kinda based off his horse (even though it was made beforehand-) also feel free to pick and choose which powers you want him to have :] Horse Appearance:White with black swirls, long black mane and Syra gave him a pink ribbon with 1st place on it he made himself. History: Zyepsyr was always a weirdo, ever since he was young. Xey tended to find the weirdest, wackiest things and talk about them 24/7, or even make some himself. Zyepsyr dragged his whole family out often, demanding to be in contests, watch movies, attend conventions, and even just go out and play. Xey were constantly walking around, and struggled to stay put. He was always on his phone, or any other device with internet access. He was constantly picked on, but tended to either shake it off or bite back. (sometimes in a literal sense) Other:He tends to bite at people as a self defense mechanism, and honestly is just a silly lil guy!! Also shouldve put this under power, (optional btw!!) but he has recently contracted some deadly disease (you can choose what kind) and also can spread it (preferabbly via biting people, as a bonus to his snappy thing) Also since he's 19, just wanted to say he's really childish, both in voice and in personality. his body aged and his mind didnt basically. He tends to speak in extr simple terms, and also with a high-pitched voice. here's his HCs i made for him!! He can and will drag his favorite stuffed toy EVERYWHERE, it's name is king dragon and it's been around since he was 2. He's a bit of a hoarder, collecting everything and wasting his money. He collects figurines (if actual games are allowed as like, something extra then all are danganronpa), squishmellows, cosplays, and literally anything interesting. Zyepsyr eats anything sweet, and is a picky eater!! He makes WAY too many danganronpa references (only applicable if the above is allowed!!) Also can only draw animals and furries, he struggles with humans a TON. His favorite character of all time is Kirumi Tojo, she's just neat to him :] Fantasy and fiction fanatic. Do you have anything with people/critters in an odd circumstance? He will adore it. (basically all his interests are my interests, because i cannot make a character without making them like me in SOME way-) has a segment in his house dedicated to danganronpa, "because its neat" says everything he's overly excited about is just "neat", because he doesnt have any reason other than that. He's made himself a fantasy world as a way of projection, aka Terrortown. Made when he was 14. (it's actually mine, and fully fleshed out, outside of the RP he works as an image producer/zyzoeo mlnqwenemoy there, obvi doesnt apply here XD) Always has an airpod in one ear. He doesnt care if someone's bleeding out, hes blasting Becoming Friends Danganronpa V3 ost into his right ear. wholesome moment where everyone is having a good old time? SING THE TRUTH, WHILE SHUICHI SOBS.(when the song plays that happens, XD) If you cant tell by now, he has ADD, and autism (same as me, again, projecting) Bad at math. like, REALLY bad at math. "What's 27 plus 28?" "Easy! 5!" but good at literally every other subject. Actor and Voice actor as a side hobby, alongside his vocaloid music. no matter what happens, he's reacting the same. "Err.. I think my game crashed." "Ehh- Guys? I think I killed em? I dunno though." cant sleep for days, always jumping around or drawing. then he flops. he's a sleepy lil guy. When he's a werewolf, he acts the same but can only respond in barks or barely legible words. Xey forget he uses Xey/Xem pronouns too, for like 0 reasons other than that i forget a ton. Xey tend to relate ANYTHING to danganronpa. no matter what it is. your name? Reminds him of a piano piece Kaede Akamatsu mentioned. he bites his nails other than his pinky. too bendy. Battery acid. He LOVES it. He carries up to 10 bags of stuff to make it wherever he goes. No wonder he has a massive pink backpack (its actually apart of xeir kaede cosplay-) Dont take him to a gas station, grocery store, anything like that. He's gonna get himself the stuff to make his goddamn battery acid- He has a fursona he named SC3N3GR0WL, (scenegrowl) and its a big ol sparkle dog that's a wolf dragon hybrid. He made himself a quadsuit of xem, they actually have the same pronouns too! (this is just an excuse to draw his fursona) |

Zyepsyr sounds adorable.~ And I love his name, so no need to change it. Weird names are always loved! I thought about the werewolf power, because the powers are supposed to correspond with their new title, and in the end decided it kinda makes sense? Lycanthropy in itself is a disease, spread through a bite usually. Which sounds right up Syra's alley. Not sure how the telekinesis would work with pestilence though? But I'm happy enough to see someone else interested in the roleplay that I'll allow it. :) Ooh, for his recently contracted disease, maybe something like rabies? Fits in with the werewolf and biting? But it's whatever you think works best for them. Anywho, thank you for your interest and I'll add you as the new Pestilence! |
