You stumble into a fox den. All around you, the ground under the thriving tree trunk seems to close in on you. You notice that there are small furniture-like plants and mushrooms and anything else comfortable or useful. On a table made from a slab of rock, you see strange tree scented rectangular objects. You sniff them again, then part your jaws to allow your tongue to bathe in the newer, stranger scent. It smells of the ocean you remember falling into on your journey here. The thing with eight tendrils for legs, that squirted the black cloud at you when you startled it. You smile at the memory, of how you could not wash it out for ages. You look behind you at a small scuffling noise. A pure light blue-and-white vixen steps gingerly into the hollow. She has small glasses on, and has more of those tree smelling rectangles in a pouch made of vines strapped to her chest. She hasn't seen you yet. Maybe you can sneak out..."Who are you, and what are you doing in my hollow?" She snarls, her hackles rising and back fur bristling. You answer quickly that you were just walking along, then you tripped and fell in. She relaxes, and slowly nods. "Okay." Then, she decides to introduce herself.
"Hi! I am Vix'l Vetur! Do you see those things on the table? Those are called books. You read them. This series in particular is my favorite. It's called Warriors, by Erin Hunter. I have read every existing Warriors book. In my opinion, Warriors is the best book series ever! I kind of taught myself to read. Okay, let's see. Favorite color, blue and white. Favorite food, Buck. Favorite Warrior, Bristlefrost. What do you want to know about me. Send me a message. I always accept friend requests if we have similar interests or know each other already. Favorite wolf, Snowstar. Do you know that she reads Warriors too? Her whole pack does! They name their wolves the same way! Actually, Snowstar is my best friend! She comes to me for advice, and lets me help her with her daily pack life. Favorite animal, tie between wolf, fox, dragon, and cats. I can't be on the weekends, just weekdays, I can be found from 12 am on Monday mornings to somewhere around 9 am. Second, I run the mountain library. A place full of books, can you believe it?
