Grassland Tempest

A small collection of shrubbery and trees bend in the wind, creating a makeshift shelter on the vast prairie for the travellers to rest peacefully. Nestled safely in the Lunaryia's territory and right next to the Shining Hills sentries with a bubbling creek and the strongest of the wildflowers still standing above their trampled siblings. It's in the creek that the gentle pull of the Dreamlands flows into the earth surrounding it and provides protection for the living here.

This has been designated as the space non-pack wolves stay while visiting the pack. They are all available for giveaways/trades/r&c's/etc. If you are interested in a breeding trade or any of the wolves here please send me a PM with their codename and/or link! Parents will stay until any pups are weaned then they will be traded. Yes, they can be reserved but if you do not have space for them once all pups are weaned, I will look for someone else to take them until you find space again.

Badlands Cavern

The tall hills that span from north of north to south of south erode in strange ways in many places, the melting snow of the mountains leaving ravines and valleys all the way into the desert and further, creating nice cool red dirt caverns, safe from every angle and the quietest place to the calmest sleep. This particular cave was the result of a month of arguing between different roles, the shamans seeking the herbs in the mountains with Herbert, the scouts craving the open plains of the desert and it's bartering reptiles, the hunters following the herds of smaller prey throughout the grasslands. With such a strong pull from the Dreamlands hidden in the red dirt of the walls here, the arguments fell by the wayside and the realisation of already living here lulled many into a long rest in the end.

Shining Rocks

The roaming hills of the prairie are open to the skies above and the strongest hunters choose the highest hill to lounge throughout the day. They take time to watch the plains from every angle and keep the pack close under the cover of their post. Wildflowers and long grasses and fewer here, the bright sun rays stealing all the water before the earth can soak it in. In storms, the hunters still keep to their hill with eyes open and wet fur. In return, the Dreamlands gifts them sun-soaked rock croppings to sunbathe on the next day and bountiful prey to keep themselves and the pack warm.

Soft Hills

Just below the outcropping the lead hunters gather on, are their apprentices grooming each other on the lower grassy hills. A few small boulders that have broken off and rolled down the hill create a makeshift shelter against the sun for these trainees, and with the grasses growing longer around the bases it gives a perfect safe den from the rain trails that flow down the rock face. It faces the Lunaryia's main cavern den and the small creek that flows by, allowing a full view of the Dreamlands effect while still feeling the pull on themselves.

Lowland Oasis

Near the bottom of the eroding red cavern, there is a cool watering hole that collects the streams of the lone creek that bubbles between hills and through the territory. Around this oasis is the softest grass and a variety of flowers that, together, create a soft bed for those that seek it here. The gentle water truly connects the Dreamlands to the earth around in the most visible way here with an array of herbs, flowers, nesting materials, and larger creatures seeking its effects.

Wildflowers Vista

The fields of wildflowers connect the major parts of the den space Lunaryia pack has claimed. Weaving between the highest hill and the red dirt eroding rock, connecting the peaceful oasis with the busy tempest. Varying in size and colour and fragrance, these wildflowers hold the Dreamlands pull the most and will end up in nests and fur of pack members and visitors alike.
