I did every matchmaking quest, did the last lunar event, got at least 1 heart with the wolves, completed daily Matchmaker quests almost every day, but Inve never showed up for me. How were we supposed to get that wolf to show up anyway? 		Wolvesbane

Inve is attracted to female wolves, so if you chose your wolf's identity to be male, you likely got Wisp instead! Inve and Wisp are both the lunar event datable wolves (I don't think non-binary options got a lunar event wolf // Wisp likes males, Inve likes females)

The change to have ALL datable wolves show up for everyone regardless of gender was made after the lunar event had long since ended, so Inve never got a chance to be included in that change.

At least, that's what I think happened. I don't have Inve either

Oh, thank you! Your post was very helpful. Due to having to escape an abusive ex, I didn't start the Matchmaker event until after they changed any NPC to be dateable by any gender, and never set my wolf's gender, but I guess the default was male. At least I got Wisp, who is also awesome. 		Wolvesbane
