However, it's been hard to find a place to put some of my ideas, so I'd like to plop them down here with a short blurb about what they are. Ideally, I'd like to host a majority of the RP on a Discord server, but have some of the nitty-gritty on Wolvden to save space and sanity. In the Wake of Dragons: This idea is based on a system I was developing for a sort of dragon taming/bonding roleplay where the 'class' system for player characters is centered around how they interact with dragonoids, if at all. Not every dragon is the same, with elemental proclivities and different body shapes, even sizes, to consider. Kind of open-ended/free-roaming. Familiaris: This is very similar to the first idea, but it's highly customizable. To start, your Keeper would get to manifest a familiar from a few available 'bases' and 'sparks.' For example, you could create a cat-like familiar with ice powers. The world is your oyster! Of course, your characters would be in training, so most of the RP would be at the Keepers' Hold. Pokemon University: This is kind of a silly one that I wanted to do, a very slice-of-life Pokemon experience where a bunch of prospective trainers go in to become not just excellent combatants, but productive members of a society revolving around mysterious beings called Pokemon! It seeks to fill in the whole "Why Trainer Schools?" thing from the games while also avoiding major cliches of 'journey' plots and the 'what if battles were illegal?' trend I've seen in some RPs.
