I feel absolutely dumb for asking this, but are fights in the dreamland supposed to eat up energy? I never noticed it till this month's event and I can still fight enemies even with my energy bar at 0%

Yeah, the fights eat your energy, but as long as you've got Lunar Essence you can keep going & even fight.
