Leader Wolf title change?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to be asking, but is it possible to change the Lead Wolf's title from the pre-programmed options? Right now, mine says "Queen". I want to change it to Grande Celeste. Is there anyway to do that through code or something? 		Chikn

From what I attempted (the "content" property. You can use this to change things like the logo for example), it does not appear to be possible, but someone a bit more skilled may be able to figure it out.

EDIT:
Now that I think about it, you could possibly figure out effectively layering something over it, but that might get complicated.
