You read the rules in both the roleplay thread and character sheets. Then you can submit a character in the character sheets and wait for approval. After I've DM'd you approval, you can join the roleplay once I officially start it.

Roleplay section won't open until we have a handful of members.

Moving this over to here, I have a character sheet for the MCA when someone claims the MC (I'll post after they claim, if that's alright with you), but I'll post another character sheet now :)
