Puppy amusement issue?

Puppy amusement issue?
Posted 2022-06-30 19:34:48 #784946 when I'm using an amusement item for a puppy it says it goes to like 80% mood but in fact it doesn't go up that much, not sure if that's normal/ some issue going on. I got no clue so I'm here for help	Doosje #31475
