Hello! :D i been intrested into animating for awhile..and i would like some advise on how to get started!

Some of the things im looking for is free, instructive app's or websites thats easy to use! And any tips and tricks that goes along and or used when doing animations! :D How do i keep being motivated to keep the animation proccess going? And one thats on the computer or laptop as i'm starting to draw more digitally now..

I apprechiate all the advice and tips!! :D

Suggested by Midnight! - Gimp (Free photoshop that works just like Adobe photoshop)
Suggested by bluealienmae - clip studio paint, and Smear Frames (look up YT tutprias on CSP!!)

Simple steps to animate:
Step 1. Eat Nova.
Step 2. Eat Zyo so Nova has a friend.
Step 3. Put Plagg in a blender.
Step 4. Drink blended Plagg.
Step 5. Shit out Nova, Zyo and Plagg.
Step 6. Say a cheesy speech.
Step 7. Flush all three down the toilet and pretend it was okay.

I semi remember how to do small blinking (I did this on a hella old website so--) but do like a eyes open, half open then closed (am horrible at shiz)

I see flip a clip used alot so I assume thats a easy one but I havent animated in years XD

awwwwwwwwwww yea i used flip a clip! :D its good hehe and a few other ones o3o but it gets a little hard when you cant add audio and have to buy it..
