Craft medecine quests

Yesterday I got a craft four medicines quest, and so I did, my herbalist crafted four medicines, and today, I got it again, so I started on four medicines, but I just collected the second one and it says I have completed the quest? I'm checking my user log and yeah, I have only collect two crafted medicines today, so the quest shouldn't be completed right now. I haven't collected the quests yet. But here are some screenshots of it.

I took these quests today. Is this a bug or did I misunderstand/misread the quest snake update? Please tell me if I misunderstood or misread something. :(

Definitely looks like a bug to me. I suggest reporting to the Bugbox! :D
