HTML help needed to update post

I have some new pictures to add, and with the new (HORRIBLE) update, I do not know how to interpret the giant mess of letters. I am not a coder at all, so am totally lost. The post had tables, links, and pictures, so it's a huge mess. Any help would be greatly appreciated! link	GoldnWlf #39854
