It has been twenty five years since the radiation levels on earth started going sour - fifteen since they had irreversibly changed the world as we know it. Creatures of all kinds littered with mutations you could only dream, weather you'd fear to see ... a radiant sky devouring its scorched earth. Bustling cities and towns quickly deteriorated, falling into haunting silence as ghost towns, or abundantly overruled with mutant plants and creatures of all kinds. One way or another: the world moved on from man's rule.

What little does remain of humankind is not proud. The known majority have gone violently feral - if they did not die during the early years of the fallout. Some are rumoured to have maintained their consciousness but ... such a thing would be as foreign to the strays as a 'companion dog' or 'kibble'.

Moons ago, the four clans had to abandon their old territories - overrun by wolves - to find a new home. It has since been many moons upon arrival to their new home, which is almostly entirely sheltered in fog, providing more shelter from the sun. Almost … a paradise they can fully enjoy, running about the territories with only the natural fears. 



That is, what they think now, anyway.
