INTRODUCTION

The founders of the Exioptera were wolves who gathered with the intent of enacting the greatest hunt in history. Their logisticians organised them into six groups - wings - for most efficient organisation and success. The first great hunts are long-since over, and the founders lost to the mists of time, but the pack remembers its sacred purpose, and is ever-working towards the glory of greater and greater hunts...

The bulk of the initial Exioptera founders came from the Brevi nomad clans, and as such, the clan's culture today is overwhelmingly Brevili. We speak the Brevili tongue, identify with Brevili genders, and roam the world as our ancestors did, carrying the breath of our forefathers with us everywhere we go.

DYNASTY AND NOTEWORTHY WOLVES

DYNASTY:

KEMATORIN

This wolf was not a true matriarch, merely the one who organised the endeavours of the initial gathering; in the common tongue, Kematorin used he/him pronouns, and came by his Brevili ancestry indirectly. As such, he was considered to belong to the gender 'kanain', kindless, as he did not identify strongly with any of the traditional Brevili roles. Towards the end of his life, with the clan growing around him, he began to feel a little more kemasi-kan, but not enough so to change his pronouns.

KEMASI

Kemasi was the first of the clan to be named thus. Despite the operative decisions of the clan remaining with Kematorin, Kemasi was the first to sire many linages, and to take upon herself the responsibility of ancestor-knowing; she crafted the ancestor-caller with her own paws, and took down the lineages, committing them forever to the sacred tablets of the clan. Thus she abandoned her first name and was known forever thereafter as KEMASI; the sacred-she, who carries the ancestors of many. She lives still, but is growing old, and soon will pass the mantle of ancestor-knowing to another.

KE VURAKI

The first titled matriarch of the clan, the first true kemasi, sacred-she who carries the ancestors of many. Vuraki will keep the tablets and the ancestor-caller when Kemasi dies, and choose the next wolf to carry the responsibility of their maintenance and the ancestor-knowing. She is strong and fierce, kemasi-kan in every particular, and for her beauty and strength has been sought for the bloodlines of many clans. Her offspring are legion, and her ancestry is carried into the breath of countless families.

She begins to advance towards the end of her life, and is searching for a successor amongst her descendants.

NOTEWORTHY WOLVES:

IMAIVANA

A hunter of great strength and prowess; as of the date of this recording, she is the fifth strongest wolf among the members of any pack - not including the leaders. The clan and the Kemasi are exceptionally proud of her.

CURRENT OBJECTIVES

- When Ala Tertia has maximum synergy, move to Tundra to check its medium trail stat floor, and if medium trails appear, check exp gain.

CURRENT PLANS

- Stalker Swap training has begun. Ala Primera has taken on Sesha for training as a stalker, and Akava has taken on Ala Tertia for training at larger hunts.

- Sesha is slated to replace Zura as the stalker of Ala Secunda when Zura dies.

- When Zura dies, Ala Secunda will be renumbered, and will become Ala Tertia. Ala Tertia will move up.

- Akava is advancing in years, and knows that she has only one litter remaining before her death comes to her. She seeks to choose a successor from this final litter.

- Zura has had her last litter, sired by the impressive outsider Riglin. One pup in particular shows great promise. The Kemasi is considering the worth of elevating this pup's fur to an exalted kind when she grows older. If this comes to pass, the pup will be the next stalker of Ala Tertia - or, as it will be by then, Ala Secunda.

- The remainder of Ala Primera have yet two litters each remaining to them. Imaivana thinks that she will choose the most powerful sire she can for one, and then the strongest for her final. Her successor will arise from the final litter. Likewise, the successors for the rest shall arise from the final litters. The Kemasi thinks that Vekani's offspring are unlikely to be selected; the next generation of chasers will arise from Lauya and Kamenu's broods.

STALKER SWAP TRAINING

Requirements:

-Lv20 Stalker capable of finding large trails in high-end biome
-Lv20 or 19 rest of hunting party capable of taking prey in high-end biome
-A complete set of hunter trainees, who are shit

Procedure:

- Slap the lv20 stalker into the trainee party. Slap the trainee stalker into the lv20 party.

- Larger trails give more exp than smaller trails, even when unsuccessful. Successful hunts give more exp than unsuccessful of the same type.

- Lv20 stalker will find large trails for the trainee hunters. The trainee hunters will catch none of it, because they are shit, but they will get big exp anyway - much bigger exp than they'd have got from a trainee stalker, because the trails are large.

- Trainee stalker will find absolutely shite trails, because they are crap, but because they're supported by Lv20 hunting party, pretty much all of the hunts will be successful, getting better exp than if they were hunting with other shit hunters.

- Lv20 hunters will still get their daily random stat gains as normal, and will continue to grow while training up the next lot. As they are lv20, it doesn't matter that they're getting less exp than they would with their best companions.

TURN BACK WOLF

The 'turn back' explore wolf is always 5 levels above you. With a level 20 lead, the TB will be level 25. An examination of my user log for level 25 wolf battle records reveals that these wolves are Really Good, Actually, Wow. It is the expert opinion of this clan that they should always be fought.

SC drop is 10-14.

Trophy and stat yield are calculated separately to regular drop.
