RMA and selenite?

So new to this..

I have a random marking applicator... how did I acquire it? I didn’t purchase it...

Pt 2 - how do you acquire the selenite markings? The skin and base and eyes I see you can purchase, but what about the markings? Where do those come from?

You get an RMA everytime you log in consequently for 29. :D

And the Selenite Markings could be bought last Lunar Event but they were retired. You can buy them in the trading center from other players or wait for a special Lunar Event where all previous applicators will be available for s short time.
