Does the base changer allow you access to ALL Wolvden skins?

I'm trying to get the fox base and at this point I'm wondering if it would just be quicker to get the base changer and do it that way. However, I'm confused on if the base changer can even allow for that. It says common skins and custom skins can be applied with it. Does "custom" mean just special skins like the Fox base? |

No, The only way to get the fox base is to get the fox base applicator or breed it yourself |
