The T3 Chase Event!
(Round Twenty Two)

Welcome to round twenty two of the big T3 Chase Event! (You can also chase specials)
Join our discord here! And our clan Here! (New link, the last expired)
(If you are having problems with the link, PM Jo Ann for a new one)
You can join to help support us, or you can join just to hang out with friends. Simply being a part of the community and spreading the word helps!
There are plenty of fun games and things on the server to help pass the time!

**We will be hosting the events every FOURTH Friday of the month, until the following Thursday. **

Future events will happen *every* month (if everything goes to plan) after the lunar event ends. This will give people plenty of time to breed wolves, and to also complete everything that they want to do in the lunar event.

The event is run by Jo Ann #34391, 🍂༺Redչen༻ #1029, 🌿 Semperviren #35644, and ♥ maple×snake ♥ #32119. We are not the original creators, but the task of running the event has been passed on to us.

The list of wolves registered (and a few chased already) can be seen in the discord server in the event info channel! You will also be given the link to the sheet after registering a wolf through the google form. Or PM Jo Ann if you can't have discord.

We now have a way of registering wolves through a google forms entry, so you don't even have to be in the discord to register a wolf. Just click the link and follow the instructions. Easy as that!

Registration Link Here!

VERY IMPORTANT:
WOLVES ONLY SHOW UP IN THE POOL IF THEY ARE ADULTS!! FOUND CHASED NBWs WILL BE DELETED IF THEY ARE CHASED A SECOND TIME!!

How To Help

You can help us by telling all of your friends about the event, and joining the discord server.

If you find a T3, please post about it on the discord server, or on this thread so we can mark it as found on the document!

If you have aging crystals or food or amusement and you want to help, you can become a benefactor and help the chasers get their wolves ready to be chased.

You do not have to be a benefactor or a chaser in order to help, you can just be a hunter, but we ask that nobody hoard wolves -if you are lucky enough to find multiple chased T3 wolves, please don't keep more than two. If you find more than two, you can choose who you want to give the third one to, but in order to be fair, please nobody keep more than two T3 chased.

How To Be Fair:

If you find a wolf, it will be yours, and you are not obligated to return it to the person that chased it.
There will be no harassing of people who find chased T3s, whether through Discord or Wolvden. If you are found to be harassing someone or making threats, you will be kicked from the discord, and banned from the event.

Helpful Info

Data Info:
-All data gotten on chased wolves will be available for research use after each round of the event
- If you are doing research on chased wolves, just PM Jo Ann to ask for the document link.

NBW Info:
- They can turn up in any biome, not just the one they are chased from.
- Wolves can take 6-24 hours to show up in the 'pool' they are kept in once they are chased.
- Not all chased wolves go into the pool.
- Wolves' ages will be randomized after chasing.
- You cannot autoclaim after howling and failing to befriend even though it shows the option (it will give an error)
- Re-chasing wolves will not put them back into the pool, instead it will just delete them.
- The befriending screen will stay up as long as you do not exit it. This means it will also stay active even through rollover. There is no rush to befriend if you find a T3.
- The best first moves are either sniff glands or growl.

To Help You:
- Have 5 GC on you to claim (actually on you, not buried.)
- Make sure you have enough den space (don't explore if your den is full)
- Do not fight any wolf encounters, only fight after seeing what they look like (same for follow sweet scent)
- Have the chased sheet open in an alt tab in order to check to see if the wolf is on the list
- Use this sheet to check what moves will be the most effective.
- Make sure your lead wolf is over level 10 (you can only see chased level 10+) but over level 15 is the best because you get a higher chance to see chased wolves.

Chasing Info:
- Wolves do not show up in the pool unless they are adults!
- Aging crystals only work on adolescents.
- If you cannot join the Discord, just send Jo Ann the link to your wolf so they can register the wolf.
- Once you chase a wolf, notify Jo Ann so they can mark the wolf as chased.
- There is no cap to the number of wolves in the pool, so if they enter the chased pool or not is pure RNG. Chasing non T3 wolves will not affect the chances of T3 wolves getting into the pool.
- Age will only be rerolled if the wolf is over five years of age, otherwise, the age stays the same from when it was chased to when it was found. Wolves do not age while in the chased pool.

Registration:
Just click the link to a google form, and copy/paste in all the information it asks for, and your wolf will automatically be entered into the sheet!

Round Four+ Registration Form

After submitting a wolf to be registered, it will give you a message with a link to the registration sheet, so keep an eye out for that. It's recommended to bookmark the spreadsheet so you don't need to keep registering wolves every time you want to look at it. (And if you lose the link to the spreadsheet, you can always ask Jo Ann #34391 for the link again, rather than messing with the google form.)

Aging Crystals:
If your wolf will not be an adult by the time of the event, you can ask for an aging crystal. Aging crystals can be used once your wolf hits adolescence, and it will take one more rollover for them to become an adult.

Spread the word, and good luck!

One Year Anniversary Announcement

One Year Anniversary:
In celebration of our one year anniversary of the T3 Chasing Event, which is on the 25th of February, there is a raffle being hosted!

The raffle is 1SC for entry, and each person gets only one entry. You don't need to have participated in the T3 Chasing Event to enter into the raffle. The prizes include a yearling NBW T3, since giving someone a product of our event seems to be a fitting way to celebrate one year of hard work!
(I am fully aware that there is a typo in the raffle name, but I'm not going to cancel it to re-type things at this point.)

All prizes were donated by the event manager, Jo Ann #43391

Here is the link to the raffle so that everyone can join!

Excited! I haven't been very lucky with breedings so I doubt I'll have a t3 ready to chase, but this'll be fun regardless.

Yay! I already chased one pyrope, but I’m gonna try and breed as many pyrope out of my stud as I can before I switch him.

I've got a T3 girl from Faelor. If she throws any T3s I'll add them to the chase list to clear their lineage. :)

Don't think I'll be able to donate any wolves, but if I get any unwanted Foxes or Mojaves from breeding I'll sign them up!

I’ll be chasing a fox pupper! If I can breed any other t3s they’ll probably go towards the event too!

I have a Mojave pup to add to the pool. How do I do this?

@Madz #31289

You can register it through the discord, and then notify us through the discord once you chase it, or if you don't wanna visit the discord, you can give me the link to the wolf in here and I can add it to the registry sheet, and then you can notify me on here once you have chased the wolf.

If you're asking about how to add a wolf to the pool in a technical sense, all you need to do is chase it.
