Hi there! I’m brand new to this, the only other pet game i’ve played is Flight Rising so at-least i’ve got some experience with this stuff now, but i’d like to know:

1. What is the best things to do as a newbie?

2. How do i replenish my hp?

3. When is energy restored?

4. Can wolves die? How do i prevent it?

5. When’s rollover?

6. Anything i should know as a newbie?

Thankyou for any answers!

1. I'd say it's to get your hunters into shape before you burn through the starting food you get. I'd recommend focusing on getting hunters before any other roles - at least 3 (1 Stalker, 1 Chaser to do all 3 Chaser roles, 1 Finisher). In addition to keeping your wolves from going hungry, selling spare food is one of the best ways to get SC, which will help you get more slots for wolves.

2. A tiny amount will regenerate every rollover, and some explore encounters will heal your lead. Otherwise, you'll need to use Healing Salves. You can find them in explore, buy them from other players at the Trading Center, or have your herbalist make some. You will unlock the herbalist after you have played for 5 days (until then you will be immune to illnesses).

3. Energy restores 5% every 7.5 minutes for most wolves. Your lead regains 10% every 7.5 minutes. Pregnant wolves have their energy regeneration slowed. Energy regeneration is also slowed if the wolf is very hungry.

4. Wolves will die of old age between the ages of 7 years 6 months and 8 years. Your lead will live all the way to 8 years. Wolves can also die of certain illnesses which you can read about in this guide. Wolves will not die of hunger or unhappiness, but they will run away, and it will cost 100SC per wolf to reclaim them. You will receive a warning in your rollover summary and at the top of your den page if this is about to happen.

5. Rollover is at midnight (00:00) wolvden time. Wolvden time is the time shown to the right of your lead's image, under the date and above the in-game season and time of day.

6. The guide I linked above is from the Grouse House. They have guides for just about everything in the game, and are quick to add new information when updates are released. I strongly recommend checking them out!

Welcome to wolvden! If you have any additional questions, or want any clarification, feel free to reply here or PM me.

Hi! Before reading my little article about this game, try checking out this: [Grouse House Guide] Beginner's Guide to Wolvden.

1. What is the best things to do as a newbie?
I'd say get 10 territory slots at soon as possible. You need 5 hunters for a party & 1 herbalist (the herbalist role will unlock in 4 days of starting the game though, so don't worry too much about that yet). You'll need at least 1 scout and pupsitter, but it's recommended to get 2 each. Before you go sellin' stuff, make sure you have enough food and amusement for the rollover upcoming, and the rollover after that, just in case things get hairy.

2. How do i replenish my hp?
There are these things called 'Healing Salves', and you can go to your Hoard and use them on your wolves. If your wolf is ill, that might be another reason their health is down, so make sure of that before using healing salves.

3. When is energy restored?
It takes an hour and about 15 minutes for your wolf to gain energy starting from 0 for leads. I'm not exactly sure about other wolves :,)

4. Can wolves die? How do i prevent it?
Yes, wolves can die. Natural causes, illness, injury, and not being taken care of are all ways for your wolves to die, and or run away. Wolves will die of natural causes when they're about 7yr and 6 months old to 8yr. There are some lethal illnesses in Wolvden that will kill your wolf on the next rollover unless they're treated. Assuming you started today, you shouldn't have to worry about that yet, but still, when you're struck with one of these illnesses, you can have your herbalist make a special cure for them. If you don't take care of your wolves, they'll run away, so make sure to do that. Whenever you get puppies, make sure they're watched by a pupsitter and that their survival chances are high, otherwise they could die.

5. When’s rollover?
Rollover is 00:00 Wolvden time. For me specifically, rollover is 1am, which is central time.

6. Anything i should know as a newbie?
Stats are going to be important. Try to get wolves with as highest stats as possible; it'll make your hunting less of a hassle.
