Wolvden currency?

Wolvden currency?

It seems to me that the only animal in wolvden that uses pine cones as currency are wolves! Other animals drop them as if disappointed they didn't find something else, while some give them to wolves as a reward, as if they know that they mean something to wolves. The lottery also states that, "Every day the creatures of Wolvden gather together to create a great prize pile," only to follow that up with "Only wolves can enter". Are wolves forcing all the other creatures to give up all their money so that wolves can hold a lottery? Maybe, but maybe not. While Cones are important to wolves, other creatures around here seem to be dealing with a different currency. We can even trade with other animals to get our precious cones. And what is used to trade with other animals? Yes, Acorns!

i believe that the other animals understand wolves use 'pinecones' [silvercones/goldcones] as currency and use it as a distraction

or a reward, i dont know why, but wolves in forests, or almost every place are the deadliest creature there,

they could easily kill the small creatures but the 'pinecones' are one 2 currency, 'lunar tears' [LT] that the wolves use often.

but now that i read my own theory yours make much more sense, but it was

still fun writing this :p

also abt the acorns, i think the smaller creatures use acorns as currency because its harder to find then any ol' 'pinecone' just laying around.

The smaller critters are using the SC to buy off the wolves.  It's like a wolf mafia, lol.
