 The Goal 

The goal of creating the Arctic Hunting Korlo project is to create canines with similar traits to Canadian Inuit Dogs, Malamutes and Huskies which allows a lot of variation for breeders but with some loose standards that can still be followed.

 Unders 

The unders on every Korlo but reach down to the back of the legs and the button of the muzzle and tail. They have to be visibly white on these body parts, 80% opacity or more, or multiple layers of white unders to bring out the white more.

Solid white dogs are also acceptable as long as they have the standard under markings.

 Merle 

 Bases 

Bases within the Warm, Muted and Monochrome color groups are acceptable.

 Shading 

Essentially, shading is the layering of your markings. Shading on Korlos should be dark along the back and lighter towards the stomach, although solid color bodies are also acceptable. There should never be any white shading on the back, only solid white markings that cut through the darker markings or solid color.

 Eyes 

We are looking to having natural colored eyes in the Korlo. Hetero is acceptable with the listed colors: Amber - Blue - Brown - Gray - Green - Hazel - Ice - Olive - Orange - Yellow - White
