The packs land was barren and lifeless, stealing food from other packs or animals was the only way to survive. It was a life of a scavenger, a thief, a life no wolf pack should live. The leaders didn't see the damage it did to the pack and the deaths it caused, in their eyes the weak died because they weren't meant to be among the strongest. Oscar wasn't the strongest and all members knew that but she lived because she was her mother's only pup and was cared for by all no matter what. This didn't keep her safe from her mothers cruel words and constant criticism, she was small and fragile, and cared too much about others. Everyday was the same, wake up, steal the day's meal, train and get lectured, then sleep. A cycle that was rarely broken for Oscar, until her two years of age. The day she was tested to see where she would best serve to pack, a hunter, a scout, or the herbalist. A week long full of trials and hunger, she was unless and would never be able to do anything for the pack. All her mother trained was a waste, the Alpha knew what needed to be done. Removal of the weakest link, killing her own pup, her last blood. The pack never let it happen though, Oscar was special to them. The only wolf to show kindness and compassion to the packmates, unlike the Alphas cruel ways. They wanted a change and who better than the kindest wolf they knew. The pack challenged its Alphas and looked to Oscar, they believed in her and trusted her completely. Months of hardship tested the small rough pack, as they searched for something better. It created who they were, ghosts to some packs, friends to others, but never enemies. They helped others instead of stealing and fighting, they became known as the Maaemo Seuraajia. Named by the friends they made, it meant Mother Earth Followers. They brought good where they went, much like the great spirit they all believed in.	Fox3025 #5909

The pack lived on for 225 days / 192 roll overs, and has chosen a new Alpha and the old ways shall be left and changed.
