Lineage Checking for Inbreeding! FREE!

Request a check for clean lineage in individuals, as well as a check for potential inbreeding with your wolf and a stud.

I'm a sucker for genetics, especially family trees! When inspecting the lineages of my own wolves, I've come to realize that there are a LOT of studs that have had 500+ pups, meaning a lot of the wolves on this site may become inbred due to the fact that so many share common ancestors!

For users who want to keep "clean" lines (aka lines without inbreeding), I will happily check to see if your pairing will result in inbreeding! I'll also check to see if one of your own wolves is clean. You can use me to double check yourself, or just to check on your behalf!

Hey! Was hoping you could check Nyx and Pontus for me, since I wanted to breed the two once they got old enough. I looked through them, and any relatives offspring, but I may have missed someone, so I just want to double check. ^^

I've got a general family tree/terminology question that I thought you might know the answer to.

I've got two wolves, Limelight and Firesoul. Michael Scott is Limelight's great-grandfather, and he's also Firesoul's great-great-great-grandfather. That's their only relation.

I'm thinking that makes them second half-cousins twice removed. Is that the correct term?

They would be second cousins twice removed! Spot on, except half cousins are not a thing, they would just be regular cousins ^^
