Increase or decrease litter size item

Hello!!

This is my first time making a suggestion so please bare with me. 

Basically, I think it would be great to have an item that increases or decreases the litter size/ups the percentage. This could be useful either way, as large dens may want a smaller litter to manage, or if you are wanting enough pups to keep some and sell some! It would basically be similar to the two items that affect fertility, but w/ litter size instead. 

Also, and perhaps instead, the female's fertility directly correlates w/ litter size as well. So a low fert girl would only produce 1-2 puppies, versus one that has a higher fertility could produce 5-6 pups in a litter.

During testing there were breeding items that guaranteed 4, 5, and 6 pup litters, which I'm sure will come into play at some point, but there weren't any items for smaller litters so still a legit suggestion on that note.

Personally I would enjoy if a female's fertility came into play when determining how many pups she tends to have~
