do you mean like how people have different backgrounds? that's called css! there's a chatter section under tree carvings called "layout & css sales." i suggest checking it out, theres plenty of free ones along with instructions on how to apply it to your den!

if you want a image profile picture, that's called a tag and you need to find an image no bigger than 150x150 pixels. right click (or hold down if your on mobile), copy the image address and go to your profile. scroll down to your account settings and paste the link into the "tag url" section and save!
