The Only Thing I Can Think If Is That The Website Code Doesn't Work For Wolvden. So I Will Give You My Own Since Thats Easier Than Troubleshooting.

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/865727096922701824/898035702296608838/pawcursor_CSS_sweatyrobot.css - You Download This File And All You Have To Do Is Change The Image You Want As A Curser. And Add It To Your CSS, By Pressing The Plus Symbol To Add Multiple CSS Files.

I Have Three Possible Solutions. One Is To Delete The '*' And Create A Space Between The Bg Code And Cursor Code. If That Doesn't Work. Add The Code Towards The Top Of The Page. If Not Then Add A Separate File For The Cursor Code.
